Ummm why aren’t more people talking about this Long Island treasure??? The food is incredible! Helping me and my husband lose some lbs., and we get to enjoy more of our evening now without having to buy ingredients, cook it and clean up after a 10 hr+ work day. There is so much variety that you can’t possibly get tired of it! And, every dish is one better than the other! 10 meals for $105? In this economy? And I don’t have to cook during the week? Sigh. Me. Up! Can’t wait to place our next order.

This is a must-visit spot for anyone who wants healthy and delicious prepped meals. I stopped by and was greeted by Steph, the manager, who was absolutely awesome. She walked me through the menu, explained which meals worked well for different goals (e.g., high-protein vs low-carb), and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness really made a difference.
If you haven’t tried Redefine meals yet, you need to! I have tried other meal prep companies and this is the best by far. I have been going into the Babylon location lately, they are always fully stocked and the store is very clean and organized. Stephanie is always SO nice, helpful and upbeat, even when they first open at 8am! Good customer service goes a long way and it is hard to find these days. Always a pleasure visiting this location and I will certainly be recommending Redefine to friends and family.
I’m sorry to give such a high grade BUT it fits the meals. We buy every week because all 3 of my girls (wife included) are nurses (RN) and they take them to work every shift. Fortunately I get to eat their leftovers. WOW they are good!! I love when they are to busy to eat and I profit. Thanks for your excellent products!!
